Been wanting to do this for awhile you have any good start up info or tutorials?

I started out with the below thread which was very useful as it includes cloud options/instructions (in case you dont have the necessary hardware locally.) That guide + several different google searches actually got me pretty far. It's definitely not a 1:1 replacement for Grok in terms of speed & ease of use, but once you get things dialed in correctly, it works beautifully.

Honestly, that's a fair criticism. It CAN completely suck (based on the set up/configuration.) I tried several of those porn gen sites you mentioned and they are indeed pretty bad. However, if you put in the time to get everything dialed in with good workflows/models/loras etc... it can be as good or better than Grok (in my humble opinion.) Unfortunately, you just have to put in a bit of work & time. Still, worth it in my opinion.
