Hey all



Just little post to say that I'm sorry I haven't been too active the last couple of months, I'm cur- rently trying to come to terms with some emo- tional turmoils I've been experiencing in relation to this page, my Instagram my health and just life in general.



I'm so grateful for all the support and encourage- ment I'm receiving on here from you all, It's mak- ing an incredible difference to my life.



I'm not planning on stopping, just taking a minute to figure how to balance this and me in general and will soon be back and better with a different approach -



This most likely will coincide with being back home in less than a month so you're welcome to hang in and enjoy less regular content and previ- ous posts in the mean time.



If not I understand and lots of love and happiness for you if you leave but maybe you could tell a friend who's not seen this page as to them it will be fresh content
