Mate if they have the money and it is their body they can do whatever they want; if someone is considering gender reassignment surgery they are already well into their transition journey or have such nasty dysphoria that they really need to get the cock out of their body. If dysphoria was curable with self acceptance then those shitty conversion camps would actually work, and guess what, they do not.
