Maybe not quite what you're looking for but I personally like Bunni Black, she puts out a lot of pics and videos on Fansly with full nudity and sexual content, but not much leaks lately aside from her livestreams. She got a boobjob a couple years ago but it's one of the better ones I've seen, they still look pretty natural. Thinner than Pattie is currently but I wouldn't call her skinny.
